Winter Fest 2026 Vendor Applications Open!

The Belleville Area Chamber Foundation invites you to apply to this years Annual Winter Fest in beautiful downtown Belleville!

2026 PRICING:

$100 per spot, 8ft table inside one of the two large tents.

Please note - no water lines or electrical.

When completing the application please list the category(s) which pertain to your proposed exhibit. Please note that product photos must be included in addition to at least one (1) photo of your complete display.Please read the Rules and Hold Harmless Agreement below before submitting your application. We encourage you to apply early as we will limit the number of vendors in a category.

Vendors will be notified by email of their application status within 14 business days of receipt. Selected Vendors will be asked to send their booth fee WITHIN ONE WEEK after acceptance. This event is Rain or Shine.Thank you for your interest in our 6th Annual Lake Fest.
